浅论语文教学活动的组织能力

         

摘要

语文教学活动的组织能力,是指施教者引导受教者将课内与课外的语文(语言、文章、文学)中智育的“真”、德育的“善”、美育的“美”等诸种关系达到和谐一致的一种教学实践能力,它是施教者的教学能力的主要方面。控制语文课堂教学的目标、把握语文课堂教学的节奏、营造语文课堂教学的氛围等语文课堂教学的组织能力和确立语文课外活动的地位、抓住语文课外活动的特点、注重语文课外活动的形式等语文课外活动的组织能力是施教者必须具备的基本功之一,因而施教者只有努力加强多方面的修养,才能在教学过程中成竹在胸、应付裕如,并有效达到塑造“求真”、“向善”、“崇美”的创造性的人才和“健全的人格”的理想目标与“人的发展和完整性建构”的全新境域,从而为构筑特色鲜明的“真善美融合”的语文教育理论大厦做出应有的贡献。%The organization ability of Chinese teaching activity refers to a kind of ability of teacher's guiding students to harmonize the "true" in intellectual education, the "good" in moral education, and the "beautiful" in aesthetic education in curricular and extracurricular Chinese( language, text, and literature). It is indispensable for an instructor. One of the basic skills that an instructor must possess is to control the Chinese classroom teaching goal, grasp the teaching rhythm, create Chinese classroom teaching atmosphere, determine the extracurricular aetivities of Chinese, understand the feature of the extracurricular activities of Chinese, and pay attention to the forms of the ex- tracurricular activities of Chinese. Therefore, only by improving their own qualities in all aspects, can instructors have full confidence in teaching process and successfully train innovative talents who "seek truth", "devote to doing good" and "advocate the beautiful", and create the ideal goal of "perfect personality" and the new realm of "the construction of human development and integration" so as to make contribution to constructing Chinese teaching theory with distinctive features of "the integration of the true, the good and the beautiful".
