The empirical studies on learner autonomy and learning strategies on language learning tend to grow and become increasingly important. Based on the definitions and the relationship of learner autonomy and learning strategies,this paper gives a bibliometric analysis of the 191 papers published in core journals from 1995 to 2014. The result displays a homogenous feature in terms of its publication time,research subjects,data collection modes, data analysis means and the co-word analysis of the key words as well. In view of such a trend,this paper sug-gests the future researches should go further and deeper from the perspectives such as the diversity of research sub-jects,multidisciplinary interpretation and profession-orientation.%自主学习和学习策略实证研究呈上升趋势并占据越来越重要地位。基于自主学习和学习策略的内涵和内在关系,对1995—2014年发表在核心期刊上的191篇外语自主学习和学习策略实证研究进行文献内容计量分析,从刊文时间分布、研究对象、数据收集、数据处理方式和关键词共词分析五方面总结出其“趋同化”的特点,最后建议未来的研究应从对象多样、学科交叉、面向职业等方向进行拓展。
