职业胜任力能力需求模式对高职课程设计导向功能研究——以职业写作课程设计为例

Course design in higher vocational colleges should have its own form of course value. Vocational competency is supporting enterprises' human resources practice. Method of post analyzing is losing the original value of human resources. Course design in higher vocational colleges should manifest the value of vocational competency. Taking Vocational Writing as an example, course design of writing in the present higher vocational colleges is not guiding in the right direction and a competency quality mode which is centered by the ability of dealing with the enterprise' s paper work has to be constructed. With relevant vocational humanities as the content, vocational writing course design could be realized with the guidance of vocational competency.%高职院校课程设计应有其相当的课程价值形态，职业胜任力正在支持企业的人力资源实践，岗位分析方法正失去人力资源的原有价值，高职院校课程设计要体现职业胜任力的价值。以职业写作课程设计为例，当前高职院校写作课程课程设计具有导向性错误，必须构建以企业文案处理能力为核心的胜任力素质模式以及相应的职业人文为内容，实现职业胜任力导向下的职业写作课程设计。
