饮食、运动及其他生活习惯对大学生身体成分的影响

         

摘要

Objective:In order to enhance college students' health awareness and help them form good living habits, this paper tries to find out how elements such as diet, exercise and other living habits of students could affect their health. Food Department of Guangzhou City Polytechnic is taken as an example. Methodology:Questionnaires on diet, exercise and living habits of students are designed by the author. Body mass and body fat gained by the MC ̄180 multi-frequency body composition analytical instrument are analyzed as well. Results:Above half students have good diet habits. Most students do exercise less than two times a week. Daily water intake and weekly sports consuming significantly affect body mass index. Breakfast and staying up late significantly affect body fat percentage. Conclusion:The health awareness of college students must be established. They should form good habits of diet, exercises and living.%了解广州城市职业学院食品系在校大学生饮食、运动和其他生活习惯现状及其对身体成分的影响,为促进在校学生树立健康意识和养成健康行为提供依据。采用自编饮食、运动及其他生活习惯问卷调查,结合由MC-180多频身体成分分析仪获得体脂肪率、体质指数等指标进行统计分析。结果显示,半数以上学生饮食行为较好,多数学生周运动次数较少,日饮水量和周运动次数对体质指数影响显著,早餐习惯和熬夜对体脂肪率影响显著。应进一步加强引导大学生树立健康意识,养成健康饮食、锻炼行为和良好的生活习惯。
