高职院校服务区域经济社会发展的动力机制和保障机制探讨--以广州城市职业学院食品营养与检测专业为例

服务区域经济社会发展是高职院校的主要功能之一，动力机制和保障机制建设是推动高职院校服务能力可持续发展的关键。文章介绍了广州城市职业学院食品营养与检测专业服务广州食品行业企业及社区发展的动力机制和保障机制的建设途径、成效、存在问题和改进措施，探讨广州城市职业学院依托专业服务广州区域经济社会发展的动力机制和保障机制。%Serving regional economic and social development is the main function of higher vocational colleges. Dynamic Mechanism and Safeguard Mechanism are the key points to promote higher vocational colleges’ sustainable serving capabilities. This paper introduces the construction ways, effectiveness, problems and improvement measures for food nutrition and testing professional on the food industry enterprises in Guangzhou and community development of the dynamic mechanism and safeguard mechanism. Discussion on the construction of Guangzhou City Polytechnic dynamic mechanism relies on professional services and security mechanisms of regional economic and social development in Guangzhou.
