基于项目导向的翻转课堂:成效、问题与对策

         

摘要

在实施翻转课堂教学模式改革实践基础上,从学生参与情况、认知情况、学习效果三方面组织问卷调查,结合抽样小组座谈、个别深度访谈、实验前后学生实训项目完成质量的对比分析,实证了翻转课堂在提高教学质量、调动学习者积极性、挖掘学习者潜在智能等方面的积极作用,同时发现翻转课堂教学模式实施过程中存在的一系列问题,并提出针对性的对策建议,为翻转课堂教学模式改革的深入研究和实践推广提供经验和借鉴。%Based on the flipped classroom teaching mode reform practice, this paper organized questionnaire about the students′participation, cognition and effect of learning. Together with comprehensive questionnaire, sample panel and individual interview with depth, the quality of students training project before and after the experiment comparison is also analyzed in this paper. The empirical research shows that the flipped classroom has lots of positive functions such as improving the quality of teaching, mobilizing learners’ enthusiasm, mining intelligent learners’ potential, etc. However, there are also some problems in the process of practicing flipped classroom. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, trying to provide useful experience and reference for further research and practice in this field.
