新型对行中耕除草施肥机设计及试验研究

         

摘要

With respect to the environmental hazard caused by extensive use of herbicides,a new wee-ding-fertilizing machine was designed in this study.Its structure feature and working principle were briefly described.Furthermore,a field trial was conducted to determine the reasonable parameters of key compo-nents.when the blade angle is 10°and space between two blade is 18 mm effect on weeding ratio is the best.The results of field trial indicated that,the machine contributed to the improvement of crop yields due to its high efficiency.%针对农田大量使用除草剂对环境带来的危害,研究设计了一种新型中耕除草施肥机。介绍了设计机具的结构特征、工作原理,并确定了机具关键部件的合理参数,即当刀片安装倾斜角度为10°,刀片底部间距为18 mm时除草效果最好。田间试验表明,设计机具作业效率高,有利于农作物增产增收。
