利用二次冷轧法改善高硅钢薄带的再结晶织构∗

         

摘要

High silicon steel thin sheets with thickness of 0.20 mm were produced by conventional rolling and annealing methods.Recrystallization texture under different cold rolling process was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction.Compared with the one-stage cold rolling method,the two-stage cold rolling method was benefi-cial to weaken the adverseγrecrystallization texture.Furthermore,by properly assigning the reduction of first and second cold rolling,γrecrystallization texture can be completely eliminated and strongηrecrystallization texture develops.It was an effective way to improve the recrystallization texture of high silicon steel thin sheet that priority of nucleation at shear bands dominates the recrystallization by modifying the deformation micro-structure using two-stage cold rolling method..%采用传统的轧制和退火工艺制备了厚0.20 mm的6.5%(质量分数)Si高硅钢薄带,采用X射线衍射技术对不同冷轧工艺下高硅钢薄带的再结晶织构进行了研究.研究表明,与一次冷轧法相比,二次冷轧法可明显减弱对磁性能不利的γ再结晶织构,而且通过合理分配一次和二次冷轧压下率,二次冷轧法可完全消除γ再结晶织构,并形成强η再结晶织构.通过二次冷轧法调整形变微结构,促使剪切带成为再结晶的主导形核位置,是改善高硅钢薄带再结晶织构的有效途径.
