病毒性心肌炎发病机制的研究进展

摘要

病毒性心肌炎是儿科常见的心血管疾病之一,其发病机制是国内外研究的热点.目前病毒性心肌炎发病机制的研究主要包括4个方面:病毒的直接作用、宿主的遗传背景、免疫反应、氧化作用,其中病毒对心肌细胞直接损害和触发的人体自身免疫反应最为重要.现就其发病机制的研究进展作一概述.%Viral myocarditis is recognized as one of the common pediatric cardiovascular diseases, and to its pathogenesis, researchers at home and abroad have paid particular attention. Currently, researches on palhogenesis of viral my ocarditis mainly included 4 aspects: direct effects of virus, host genetic background, immune response and oxidation, in which direct damage of virus to the cardiomyocytes and the triggered autoimmune reaponseswere most important.
