Objective To explore the percentage of eosinophils and neutrophils in peripheral blood of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS)and the difference in clinical manifestations of allergic reactions. Methods The clinical data including results of skin pricking test and proportion of peripheral blood neutrophils and esinophils in 150 patients with CRS. treated in this hospital during May 2015 to May 2017 were col-lected and analyzed for the relationship with the onset of CRS. Results The postoperative pathological diagnosis of these 150 patients showed that 45 cases belonged to neutrophilic type,and 105 cases belonged to eosinophilic type;and the difference in clinical symptoms,age range,sex distri-bution and clinical course of the disease in patients between these two groups was not statistically significant (P > 0. 05). The proportion of eosin-phils in peripheral blood of patients with eosinophil type is higher than that of patients with neutrophil infiltration type,and the difference was sta-tistically significant (P 0. 05). Conclusion The degree of infiltration with neutrophils and eosinophils in pathological tissue is correlated with the distribution of eosinophils in peripheral blood of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis,and it showed consistency in degree of local infiltration of eosinophls and distribution of eosinophils in peripheral blood.%目的 分析不同分型慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞与中性粒细胞百分比及变态反应临床差异性.方法 前瞻性选取2015年5月至2017年5月间在上海市宝山区大场医院和上海中医药大学附属曙光医院宝山分院接受治疗的150例CRS患者,收集患者临床资料,皮肤点刺试验的结果及外周血内中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞所占比率,分析其与CRS起病联系情况.结果 150例患者手术后病理诊断显示45例为中性粒细胞型,105例为嗜酸性粒细胞型;不同分型的两组患者在临床症状、年龄、性别和病程方面对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润型患者外周血内嗜酸性的粒细胞所占比率高于中性粒细胞的浸润型患者,差异有统计学意义(P0.05).结论 CRS患者病理组织内中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润程度与其外周血内嗜酸性粒细胞所占比率有关,局部嗜酸性粒细胞和外周血内嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润程度呈现为一致性.
