楚雄州旅游景区导游技能应用研究

Through excellent service skills,increasing in-terest of sightseeing, Building and maintaining good image, expanding the visibility and influence, promo-ting the development of Chuxiong tourism industry.%通过回顾文献资料和实地走访调查等方法，从导游的组织技能、语言技能、个性化服务技能三个方面探讨导游技能在楚雄州旅游景区的应用情况，并根据楚雄州山川秀丽，民族众多，历史悠久，自然景观和人文景观丰富等特点，提出有针对性的建议。目的在于通过导游高超的服务技能，增加旅游者在楚雄州旅游活动中的游览兴致，塑造和维持楚雄州旅游景区的良好形象，扩大楚雄州旅游业的知名度和影响力，促进楚雄州旅游产业的发展。
