本文综述δ-阿片受体在缺血性脑损伤、镇痛、抗焦虑抑郁、学习记忆以及帕金森病中的作用及可能机制.%The delta-opioid receptor (DOR),which is a classic analgesic drug widely existed in the central system and peripheral system,is a kind of inhibitory G-protein coupled receptor with seven transmembrane regions. In addition to pain modulation, the opioid receptors are involved in various physiological and pathological activities through gene or cytokines. This review addresses the influence and possible mechanisms of the delta-opioid receptor in ischemic brain injury,analgesia,anti-anxiety and depression, learning and memory, and Parkinson's disease.
