近年来许多研究显示,高血压病常伴随免疫功能异常,研究调节性T细胞在高血压病发生发展中的作用机制对预防和治疗高血压病有重大意义.%Primary hypertension is a kind of cardiovascular syndrome which main clinical manifestation is elevated systemic arterial blood pressure, and it's exact pathogenesis remains unclear.Regulatory T cells are a group of T cell subgroups with immunosuppressive and immunocompromised functions, they play an irreplaceable role in the process of immune suppression and immune tolerance.Recently many studies have showed that hypertension is often accompanied by abnormal immune functions. To search the mechanism of action of regulatory T cells in the development of hypertension is significance to prevent and treat hypertension.
