基于计算机视觉的墙地砖外形检测系统设计

         

摘要

为了提高墙地砖外形检测的效率和自动化水平,提出一种基于计算机视觉的外形检测系统.以工业相机为核心,设计了包括定位检测和上位机控制功能的墙地砖外形自动检测硬件系统;以visual studio 20015为开发环境,c#为编程语言开发软件系统,设计了系统的软件结构,以canny算法和ramer算法为核心实现了图像分割及特征提取模块.试验结果表明:本系统具有较高的尺寸测量精度,能较好地反映墙地砖的外形特征.%To improve the efficiency and the degree of automation for tiles inspection, a kind of inspection system based on computer vision is proposed. The core of the system is an industrial camera. The hardware of the system which includes location detection module and PC control module is developed. The software is developed with C sharp language under visual studio 2008. The software module with the functions of image segmentation and feature extraction is developed through Canny and Ramer algorithms. The experiment shows that the system has high measuring accuracy on dimension parameters of tiles and can reflect the shape characteristics of tiles properly.
