汽车磁流变半主动悬架特性控制研究

         

摘要

A mini-car was chosen as a reference model and a magnetorheological damper as the research object. According to vehicle dynamics theory, a 1/4 car semi-active suspension control system dynamics model was set up. Based on shyhook control algorithm, the performance of the magnetorheological semi-active suspension was analys-ized and control was studied by using modern control technology. The studies have shown that combining the appropriate control algorithm, can make fully use of the semi-active suspension system properties with the magnetorheological damper and effectively improve the comfort and handling stability of the vehicles. Using the parameters of a type mini-car, the sprung mass acceleration, suspension deflections and tire load three index under different control strategies were compared. The results show that the control strategy in the selection of complex multi-mode control has better control effect and can more effectively improve the dynamic performance of the vehicles.%以磁流变减振器为研究对象,运用汽车动力学理论建立1/4汽车半主动悬架控制系统动力学模型,以天棚阻尼控制为基础,利用现代控制技术对磁流变半主动悬架进行性能分析与控制研究.研究表明:结合合适的控制算法,能充分发挥磁流变半主动悬架系统的特性有效地改善汽车的舒适性和操纵稳定性.通过对某型微车的簧载质量加速度、悬架动挠度及轮胎动载荷三个指标在不同控制策略下进行对比分析,结果表明在选用的控制策略中多模式复合控制有更好的控制效果,能更有效地改善车辆动态性能.
