为了探索分子生物学实验教学新模式,提高本科生在实验中应用理论知识的能力,设计了从胰腺癌细胞中克隆弹性蛋白酶(Elastase 3A,ELA3A)基因的综合性开放实验,该实验由学生查阅资料,自行设计,在教师的指导下最终完成.从效果来看,不仅使学生对分子克隆技术有了总体的了解和把握,而且激发了他们对这门学科的兴趣和学习主动性.%In order to establish new experiment-teaching modes and increase students'abilities in combining theory with experimental practice, a comprehensive and opening experiment was designed to clone ELA3A gene from PAN-1 cells. The entire project was conducted by students themselves including reference search, project design and experimental performance under teachers guidance. This new teaching mode was successful, through which students not only can obtain a better comprehension to molecular biotechnology, but also arouse their interest and motivation in learning the molecular biology-related theories and technologies.
