The heat reflux extract was adopted to extract flavonoids in the bark of Myrica rubra. Based on the orthogonal test result , the optimum extraction conditions were obtained. When the sample with 28 mesh granularity was treated with 60% ethanol at the solid/liquid ratio 1∶60 ( w/v ) at 60℃ , 2. 5h, flavonoid yield was 6. 86% . The antioxidant activities of flavonoid extracts were evaluated by two antioxidants like 1 , 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals scavenging and reducing power. The results showed that the antioxidant activities of extracts are obvious.%采用乙醇热回流提取法对杨梅树皮中总黄酮进行提取,通过正交试验确定了杨梅树皮总黄酮乙醇热回流提取法的最佳工艺条件:以28目的杨梅树皮粉为原料,料液比为1:60,用60%的乙醇溶液在60℃的水浴中提取2.5h,提取率达6.86%.利用清除DPPH自由基的能力和还原力作为指标测定了杨梅树皮总黄酮的抗氧化活性.结果表明,杨梅树皮黄酮有较强的抗氧化能力.
