东平湖底栖动物群落特征及水环境分析

         

摘要

为了解东平湖底栖动物群落状况,于2013年对6个站位的底栖动物进行了4次调查研究。结果表明:共获得大型底栖动物16种,其中软体动物7种(占总数的43.75%)、环节动物6种(37.50%)、昆虫类2种(12.50%)和甲壳动物1种(6.25%);栖息密度和生物量分别为484.17 ind./m2和61.33 g/m2,且季节与空间变化显著;优势种集中于羽摇蚊幼虫(Chironomus plumosus)、中华圆田螺(Cipangopaludina cahayensis)和霍甫水丝蚓(Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri);生物多样性指数普遍不高,Shannon-Wiener和Margalef生物多样性指数分别为1.24和1.96;依据Shan-non-Wiener和Margalef生物多样性指数的评价结果,东平湖水域总体属中度污染。%In order to understand the community characteristics of macrozoobenthos in Dongping Lake , four times surveys of the spe-cies composition , inhabit density , biomass and dominant species of macrozobenthos were conducted in March , May, August and No-vember, 2013.A total of 16 macrozoobenthos taxa were identified , including 7 species Mollusca (43.75%of the total number of mac-rozoobenthos species), 6 species of Annelida (37.50%), 2 species of Insecta (12.50%) and 1 species of Crustacea (6.25%).The average values of biomass and density of macrozoobenthos in study area were 484.17 ind./m2and 61.33 g/m2, respectively.And they varied significantly in different seasons and also in different area .The dominance index was higher and the dominant species consist of Chironomus plumosus, Cipangopaludina cahayensis and Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri.Both of the value of the Shannon-Wiener and Margalef index were small , as they being 1.24 and 1.96 , respectively .From the evaluation of Shannon-Wiener and Margalef index , Dongping lake has been in the state of intermediate pollution .
