生物技术大实验课程教学改革与实践

摘要

Biotechnology experiment is a comprehensive experiment course for the students of biotechnology.It covers a series of basic knowledge and experimental skills,and aims to systemic train the scientific literacy and innovation spirit of students.In order to give the initiative back to students,the course adopted compound content design,half customize proposition teaching mode,and diversified evaluation system.In that case,students could hold the dominance of experiment,and become more activity in the course;their scien-tific literacy could be trained.%生物技术大实验是生物技术专业本科生的一门综合性实验技能课程,涉及众多学科基础知识及技能,主旨于系统性培养学生的科研素养和创新精神.采用复合型的实验内容设计,囊括基础实验技能并组成真正的科研体系;半自选命题授课模式,以学生为实验主导体,教师作为辅助人员,协同完成实验课题;以及多元化的考核体系,从总的实验掌控力、实验操作及论文写作等几个方面来进行考核.从而达到将实验课堂的主动权还给学生,以学生为实验的主导,全面调动学生积极性,综合培养学生科研素养的目的.
