生物学本科核心课程'生物化学'的结课内容浅析

         

摘要

课程"生物化学"是生物科学及多种相关学科的核心基础课,内容庞杂.对结课总结的内容进行了梳理,包括生命由基于普通有机化学基团组成的复杂生物大分子和小分子构成,生物大分子的高级结构由低级结构所决定,螺旋结构是生物大分子高级结构的主要基元,高级结构的组建动力源自分子的内在属性,这种内在属性也同时赋予分子间的自组织特征以及生命的"耗散"特征;生物分子结构的复杂程度决定了其功能的复杂程度,生物超分子体系是生物功能的主要载体形式,分子起作用的过程即是分子间相互作用过程或分子识别过程,反应结果及生命过程遵循"蝴蝶效应";对生命现象本质的理解已进入分子生物学水平.%The course of biochemistry for undergraduate was the key basic course of biological field and other relevant fields.The present paper gave some suggestions about the contents in the last class including that the life consisted of complicated bio-macro-molecules and small molecules based on the ordinary organic molecules,the high grade structure of bio-macro-molecules relied on its low grade structure,the helix structure was the main motif of bio-macro-molecules,the natural instincts of bio-macro-molecules were the power to construct its high grade structure,and consequently gave the self-organization characteristics inter molecules and the dissipative characteristics for life.The complicated structure level of bio-molecule decided its complicated level of functions,the complex of bio-super-molecules was the main form while functioning,the functioning process of bio-molecules was the interaction or recognition among the molecules,and the results from the interaction and life process obeyed the "butterfly effect".At present,the characteristic of life was elucidated with using the knowledge of molecular biology.
