振动盘式精密播种机调水平并联机构精度研究

         

摘要

为满足气吸振动盘式播种机精密播种的需求,运用离散元分析软件 EDEM 模拟种盘倾斜状况下种群运动,研究水平度对种群运动的影响程度,得出田间育苗过程中播种机调水平机构的调节精度要求,使用调水平并联机构实现播种机振动种盘调水平操作。同时,通过对机构运动学关系式进行全微分求解,获得机构精度模型,绘制机构精度与驱动副的运动误差、构件结构参数误差的关系曲线,为该调水平机构设计与误差补偿提供理论依据。%In order to meet the requirements of Vacuum-vibration Tray precision seeder , apply DEM software EDEM to simulate seeds movement under the state of inclining seed plate ,study the impact of level degree to seeds movement and include regulation accuracy requirements of seeder adjustment mechanism in the process of field seeding .Achieve seeder ’ s vibration seed plate horizontal adjustment operation by adjustment parallel mechanism , get mechanism accuracy model by solving total differential to mechanism position relationship , and draw relation curve of mechanism accuracy about kinematic error of drive pair , parameter error of modular structure , which provide a theoretical basis to adjustment mechanism design and error compensation .
