优质教师培养与选聘策略①--国际经验及启示

         

摘要

Training and selecting the best teachers is an important obligation of teacher education. During the year of 2013-2014,UNESCO published the report Teaching And Learning:Achieving quality for all,suggesting that selecting and training the best teachers should be important strategies for achieving quality for all. The strate-gies of selecting and training the best teachers are: Attracting the best teachers into education field,Improving teacher education quality for the sake of inclusive education,Calling on the teachers to go where they are most needed and Providing sufficient incentives to retain the best teachers.%优质教师的培养与选聘是实现优质教育的一项重要任务。联合国教科文组织在2013~2014年发布的报告《教与学:为所有人实现优质教育》(Teaching and Learning:Achieving Quality for All),将教师的选聘与培养作为实现优质教育的一项重要策略。优质教师的培养与选聘策略主要有:选拔最优秀的人才进入教育领域;提高教师教育质量,培养全纳教师;将优质师资分配到最急需的地区;为所有教师提供合理的薪资待遇。
