基于系统动力学的敏捷供应链知识服务网络演化问题研究

摘要

This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the evolution of the knowledge service network in the agile supply chain, which includes the transfer media, transfer situation, knowledge characteristics and human capital. The paper uses the the- ory of system dynamics to study the causality of the evolution of the knowledge service network and educes the causality diagram. It constructs the model of system dynamics for the evolution of the knowledge service network, reveals the knowledge service network evolution process, and provides the theoretical basis and methodological guidance for studying the evolution of the knowledge service network in the agile supply chain.%文章分析影响敏捷供应链知识服务网络演化的主要因素,即转移媒介、转移情境、知识特性和人力资本等;运用系统动力学理论研究知识服务网络演化的因果关系,得出其因果关系图;构建了知识服务网络演化的系统动力学模型,揭示了知识服务网络演化的过程,对于研究敏捷供应链中知识服务网络演化问题提供了理论依据和方法指导。
