The paper analyzed causes of transportation accidents of mine dispatch winch in terms of unsafe human factor and unsafe condition environment, and proposed preventive measures such as enhancing safety training for personnel going into mine and inspection and management of wire rope of dispatch winch.%从人为不安全因素、环境的不安全状态两个方面入手,详细分析了造成矿井调度绞车运输事故的原因,同时提出了加强入井人员的安全技术培训、调度绞车钢丝绳的检查和管理等有针对性的防范措施.
