基于嵌入式技术无人值守零钱兑换装置的设计

         

摘要

To meet the requirements of public transport for artificial intelligence, and to deal with the difficult of exchange coins, a kind of unattended money change equipment is realized based on embedded technology. And it takes low - power MCU as the kernel controller. This equipment consists of two units, one is the master control module, and the other is the mechanical servo module. This master control part is designed to collect and handle the information of user input, and to send executive order to the actuating mechanism. And also it can support the remote data query and management through wireless network. The mechanical servo module which includes coin - output module and the device shell can exchange coins rapidly and accurately.%为了满足公共交通事业发展对人工智能化的需求,解决零钱兑换困难的问题,以高性能低功耗单片机为控制核心,设计实现了基于嵌入式技术的无人值守零钱兑换装置.该装置主要由核心控制模块和机械执行机构两部分组成.核心控制模块主要用于获取和处理外部信息,并向执行机构发出相关指令,同时能够支持通过无线网络进行远程数据查询和管理.机械执行机构主要包括出币模块和装置外壳,其作用是实现精准的零币输出.
