基于单片机的三相自动开关测试系统的研究与设计

         

摘要

基于单片机控制的三相自动开关测试系统设计,利用软硬件结合的方式实现对整个测试系统的整体控制.通过单片机输出的CP脉冲和方向信号,准确控制步进电机从而实现对输出电流的升降控制;通过模拟采样和单片机的编程实现对三相自动开关动作时间的准确记录.基于单片机控制的三相自动开关测试系统,具有自动化程度高、成本低、保护完备、控制精度高等优点.%In the paper, the test system of three-phase automatic switch based on single chip has been designed. The system is controlled overally by using the software and hardware. Through the CP pulse and direction signals from the single chip, the stepping motor is controlled accurately to achieve the output current rising and falling; Through the analog sampling and programming on the single chip, the operating time of three-phase automatic switch can be recorded precisely. The test system of three-phase automatic switch based on single chip has more advantages, such as, high degree of automation, low cost, comprehensive protection, and high control precision and so on.
