石灰窑的生产过程是一个非常复杂的物理化学反应过程,它具有高度的非线性、大时滞、强耦合等问题,普通PID控制难以达到满意效果,设计了具有Smith预估功能的模糊PID控制器。运用MATLAB中的模糊逻辑工具箱,搭建了石灰窑窑温的预估模糊PID控制系统,进行了仿真,仿真结果表明预估模糊PID控制比普通PID控制调节时间短,超调量小,抗干扰能力强。%The production process of lime kiln is a very complicated physical and chemical reaction process,which has highly nonlinear,large delay and strong coupling,ordinary PID control is difficult to achieve satisfactory results,for this reason, the prediction function of fuzzy PID control er with Smith is designed.Using matlab fuzzy logic toolbox,the Smith fuzzy PID control system of the temperature of lime kiln is set up,and the simulation verification is performed.
