两种方法对比治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效分析

Objective To investigate the efficacy analysis of dentin hypersensitivity treatment by comparatively applying Nd: YAG laser and Systermp desensitization.Method Divide 276 teeth of 89 cases into two groups: the experimental group of 138 teeth treating with Nd: YAG laser while the comparison group of 138 teeth with Systermp desensitization therapy. After a treatment course, compare the immediate efficacy, the one-week efficacy and the six-month-later efficacy of the two group cases.Result Two kinds of desensitization method using SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze the results, to have efficiencyχ2 test. Immediate effects and efficacy of one week little difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); but the contrast effect six months later, there is a significant difference (P=0.006<0.01), the experimental group and control group was respectively It was 94.93%, 83.33%, and was effective analysis of failure cases.Conclusion Both methods for treatment of dentin hypersensitivity are very effective in a short term, but the Nd: YAG laser treatment has significantly better effect than using Systermp desensitization after six months, worthy of being widely popularized and applied for its long-term efficacy.%目的：探讨Nd：YAG激光和Systermp脱敏剂对比治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效分析。方法将89例276颗牙分成两组：实验组138颗牙用Nd：YAG激光治疗；对照组138颗牙用Systermp脱敏剂治疗。当治疗1个疗程后，比较两组病例的即刻疗效、1周疗效和6个月后的疗效。结果两种脱敏方法，采用SPSS17.0统计学软件对结果进行分析，对有效率进行χ2检验。即刻疗效和1周疗效差异不大，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；但6个月后的疗效对比，有显著的差异性（P=0.006＜0.01），实验组和对照组有效率分别是94.93%、83.33%，并对失败病例进行了有效分析。结论两组治疗方法在短期内治疗牙本质过敏都很有效，但Nd：YAG激光治疗6个月后的效果明显优于Systermp脱敏剂的治疗，并有一定的远期疗效，值得推广应用。
