铸钢车轮的铸造工艺设计与生产

         

摘要

A comprehensive analysis was carried out on structure and performance of cast steel wheels. The non-uniform wall thickness of the part leads to shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage, and the crack easily occurs for the sand core hinders the contraction of the casting during solidification and results in casting stress. Some counter measures were employed by using of insulating riser and covering flux. shot-shape sand core, as well as tilt pouring process to enhance feeding, and so on to effectively prevent the crack and dispersed shrinkage of the casting. Finally the qualified casting was produced successfully, which supplied experience for production of similar castings.%对车轮铸钢件的结构及铸造工艺性进行综合分析,针对其壁厚不均匀,易产生缩孔缩松、其砂芯阻碍收缩产生铸造应力易产生裂纹的现象,通过采用浇道通保温冒口及加覆盖剂、制作炮弹形砂芯、倾斜浇注加强补缩等工艺措施,有效地防止了裂纹和缩松的产生,生产出了合格铸件,为类似铸件的生产积累了经验.
