为稳定生产抗拉强度大于1400 MPa,屈服强度大于1100 MPa的ADI铸件,首先应选择优质炉料、球化剂和孕育剂,并采取多次孕育等措施,从而可得到优质球铁毛坯.然后采用闪点为320℃的油作为淬火介质,780℃预处理和920℃保温2 h+240℃淬火3h的等温淬火工艺.最终产品的金相组织和力学性能均达到了质量要求.%In order to produce ADI casting with tensile strength more than 1 400 MPa and the yield strength more than 1 100 MPa stably, firstly choosing highgrade charging materials, nodulizers and inoculants, and using multi-inoculation technique, thereby the high-class chain wheel rough castings were obtained. Then, the quenching oil with 320 ℃ of flash point was used, and the austempering process including pretreatment at 780 ℃, holding 2 h at 920 ℃ and quenching 3 h at 240 ℃ was adopted. Finally the metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of the ADI casting meet the quality requirement.
