Based on InteCAST software and Unigraphics platform, a cast process optimization module using DOE (design of experiments) method was developed. Firstly, factor-level and orthogonal experiment tables are built in UG by using second developing tools. Then 3D process design was made according to the orthogonal experiment table in UG, which is automatically output to STL format. Subsequently, all the process designs are numerically simulated to obtain the volume of shrinkage and porosity which were analyzed by DOE method. Ultimately the optimized process parameters were obtained, which was tested and verified by Inte CAST.%基于华铸CAE和UG平台,开发了DOE方法铸钢工艺优化模块.首先,在UG平台上,利用二次开发技术,建立DOE方法的因素水平表及试验计划表.然后按照实验计划表在UG中进行辅助三维工艺设计,实现了自动将冒口三维工艺输出成STL格式,完成了CAD与华铸CAE之间的数据信息交换.工艺设计完成后,进行CAE模拟,得到不同工艺条件下铸钢件缩孔缩松的定量体积信息,通过DOE方法进行数据分析,最终得到优化的工艺参数,经华铸CAE模拟验证,此方法能够得到优化的工艺参数.
