信息技术引致的吸收能力和组织的竞争优势

摘要

This article theoretically explains the internal mechanism of IT-enabled absorptive capacity and organizational competitive advantages, and some propositions are proposed.The research results show that firms can transform IT resources into organizational IT capability so as to impact on organizational absorptive capacity, and finally help firms obtain competitive advantages.Besides, this study also explores the distinct mechanisms between potential and realized absorptive capacity and organizational competitive advantages, and discusses the external environment's impacts on the relationships between the two absorptive capacities and organizational competitive advantages based on environmental contingency perspective.Finally, according to the research findings, this article gives some suggestions as to how can firms enhance absorptive capacity and competitive advantage by utilizing IT resources.%从吸收能力和基于资源理论角度解释了信息技术资源和组织竞争优势之间关系的内在作用机制,并提出了相应的假说.研究结果表明,组织通过将信息技术资源转化为信息技术能力,从而影响组织的吸收能力,并进而帮助组织获得竞争优势.此外,还探讨了潜在吸收能力和实现吸收能力对竞争优势的不同作用机制,并基于环境权变理论讨论了两种吸收能力和竞争优势之间关系受环境变化的影响.最后,根据研究结果,就企业如何利用信息技术资源增强企业吸收能力和竞争优势提出了建议
