In this study, we used five wild edible mushroom in Changbai Mountain area as follows:Phellinus igniarius, glossy ganoderma, Inonotus obliquus, Hericium erinaceus and mellea armillaria sporophore. Extracted mushroom polysaccharide from the five wild edible mushroom for the anti-mutation experiments , there would be a theoretical basis for the development of edible mushrooms in health products and precision machining.%利用产自长白山地区的五种野生食用菌:桑黄、灵芝、桦褐孔菌、猴头菇和榛蘑为主要材料.从中提取食用菌粗多糖并进行抗突变实验,以期为食用菌保健品的开发以及精细加工提供理论参考.
