三七渣总黄酮提取及其抗氧化活性的研究

         

摘要

采用超声波辅助提取三七渣中总黄酮,并对其抗氧化活性进行评价。通过单因素试验考察乙醇体积分数、浸提温度、浸提时间和提取功率对总黄酮提取率的影响。在此基础上,采用L9(34)正交设计法优化最佳提取工艺,得到三七总黄酮最佳提取工艺。结果表明,采用体积分数90%乙醇按照1∶10(g/mL)料液比在70℃下超声提取1.5 h,超声功率为70 W,总黄酮提取率为1.408%。三七总黄酮对DPPH自由基有较强的清除作用,并与总黄酮质量浓度呈一定的量效关系,结果显示三七总黄酮具有较好的抗氧化活性,作为一种天然的抗氧化剂具有较好的应用前景。%Total flavones from the slag of Panax notoginsen (Burk) F.H. Chen were extracted by ultrasonic technology. Its antioxidative activity was assessed. L9(34) orthogonal design was applied on base of single factor to study the effects of ethanol concentration, temperature, treatment time, and ultrasound power on the yield of total flavones. Results showed that total flavones yield was 1.408 % under the following optimum conditions 90 %alcohol solution as solvent, temperature 70℃,time 1.5 h, ultrasonic power 70 W , extracting for one times. The total flavones had a remarkable scavenging effect on DPPH radical in a dose-dependent manner. Therefore total flavones from the slag of Panax notoginsen (Burk) F.H. Chen has a good application prospect as a natural antioxidant.
