FAAS法测定秦巴山区与东北黑木耳中4种元素含量

摘要

The samples were treated with HNO3 and HClO4 (Concentrated HNO3∶HClO4=4∶1, volume ratio) solutions,the amount of Ca,Mg,Fe and Mn in the black fungus of Qinba mountain areas and Northeast was measured by FAAS. The results showed that:the amount of Fe and Mn in the black fungus of Qinba mountain areas was more,while the amount of Ca and Mg in that of Northeast was more.The relative deviation was all less than 5%,and the recovery was 97.06%-109%.%以浓HNO3和高氯酸（浓硝酸∶高氯酸=4∶1，体积比）湿法消解样品，用FAAS测定秦巴山区与东北黑木耳中Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn 4种微量元素的含量。试验结果表明：黑木耳中这4种元素含量Mg﹥Ca﹥Fe﹥Mn。相比较而言，秦巴山区黑木耳中Fe、Mn含量较多，东北地区黑木耳中Ca、Mg含量较多。该法测量的RSD＜5%，其加标回收率介于97.06%～109%之间。
