襄麦冬多糖提取物体外抗氧化活性的光谱学分析

         

摘要

Liriope polysaccharide,which was one of the main active components of Liriope spicata var.prolifera indigenously cultivated in Xiangyang of Hubei,was widely used in clinical medicine research,development of health care products and food production.In order to take full advantage of the polysaccharide resource from L. spicata var.prolifera,its potential as a natural antioxidant was discussed in this paper.And its antioxidant ac-tivity was evaluated by the α-deoxyribose method,pyrogallol autoxidation method,DPPH method,potassium ferricyanide reduction method,linoleic acid system method and ABTS method.The spectroscopic analysis re-sults showed that polysaccharide had some antioxidant activities and positive correlations were found between its antioxidant activities and its concentration.The free radical scavenging rate of polysaccharide,except for super-oxide anions was only 20 %,the others exceeded 50 %,especially for DPPH radical,up to 59 % or so.The re-sult indicated that the polysaccharide of L.spicata var.prolifera was a potential candidate for novel natural an-tioxidant.%麦冬多糖是湖北道地药材 ——襄麦冬(Liriope spicata var.prolifera)的主要活性成分之一,在临床医学研究、保健品开发、食品生产中应用广泛.为了综合开发襄麦冬多糖资源,探讨其作为一种天然抗氧化剂的潜在可能性,本研究采用α-脱氧核糖法、邻苯三酚自氧化法、DPPH法、亚油酸体系法、ABTS法以及铁氰化钾还原法等方法,对襄麦冬块根多糖提取物进行了体外抗氧化能力测试.光谱学分析显示,襄麦冬多糖的清除自由基活性及还原能力与其提取物的浓度呈线性关系,浓度越高,其清除自由基能力和还原能力就越强.在清除自由基方面,除了对超氧阴离子的清除率仅为20 %之外,麦冬多糖对其它自由基的清除率都超过50 %,尤其对DPPH自由基最高,维持在59 %左右.结果表明,襄麦冬多糖具有一定的新型抗氧化剂的开发潜力.
