提高奶牛产量的关键环节研究

         

摘要

牛奶是完全蛋白质,对居民的营养健康具有十分重要意义。根据农业部数据显示,2010年我国产奶量仅为420亿kg,人均只有18kg,低于世界平均水平数倍,与发达国家的差距更大。因此,对奶牛生产者来说,掌握奶牛的品种选择,各阶段的饲养管理以及孕检的关键技术非常重要。学习掌握这些枝术,并能在奶牛的生产实践中加以运用,对我国奶牛业的发展和奶产量的提高有一定的帮助。%Milk is a kind of complete protein and has great significance to the nutritional health of the residents. According to the MOA data, China made only 42 billion kg milk and only 18kg per capital in 2010, below the world average several times and had larger gap with the developed countries. Therefore, as mlik cow producer, it was very important to master the cow species selection,breeding management duning various stages, and the key technology of pregnarcy test. To master and apply these techniques in the practice of cows production contributes to China's milk cow industry development and the improvement of milk production.
