大果沙枣活性成分的提取及体外抑菌活性研究

         

摘要

[Objective] To study the antibacterial activity of active ingredients of peel,pulp and seed of elaeagnus mooraroftii in Kash gar area.[Method] First we extracted elaeagnusmoorcroftii peel,pulp,seeds by Soxhlet extraction method and qualitative analysis,the research method of the bacteriostatic ring antibacterial activity of 3 kinds of extracts of 4 kinds of indicator bacteria.[Result] Peel,pulp and seed elaeagnus mooraroftii contained flavonoids,polysaccharides,fats,amino acids,organic acids and other active ingredients,3 kinds of extracts had significant inhibitory effect on 4 kinds of indicator bacteria,the antimicrobial activities of extract from active ingredients of raw materials also had significant difference.[Conclusion] The extracts from the seeds of elaeagnus moorcroflii of Kashgar production had the highest antimicrobial activity,and this study provided reference basis for the study of medicinal elaeagnusmoorcroftii.%目的:研究喀什地区大果沙枣的果皮、果肉、种子活性成分提取液在体外抑菌活性的强弱.方法:首先采用索氏抽提法分别提取大果沙枣果皮、果肉、种子并进行定性分析,再采用抑菌圈法研究3种提取液对4种指示菌的抑菌活性.结果:大果沙枣果皮、果肉、种子中均含有黄酮、多糖、脂肪、氨基酸、有机酸等活性成分,3种提取液对4种指示菌均有显著的抑菌效果,各原料活性成分提取液的抑菌活性也具有显著差异.结论:喀什生产的大果沙枣的种子提取物的抑菌活性最高,该研究为大果沙枣的药用研究提供参考依据.
