饮食影响药物疗效的研究新进展

摘要

Food-drug interaction (FDI) has become an important problem in the process of drug therapy.Food can decrease or enhance drug therapy because of interaction with drug.We usually divide food-drug interaction into two kinds which are pharmacokinetical FDI and pharmacodynamical FDI.The most familiar FDI is that food usually changes the process of medicinal absorption.The FDI which influences in the process of distribution,metabolism and elimination of drug unusually happened,but it is of significance in clinic.We will systemize the existing materials about interaction of food and drugs.%饮食与药物的相互作用日益成为药物治疗中不可忽视的问题.饮食和药物发生相互影响,减弱或增强药物的作用,导致药物疗效改变或出现不良反应.食物与药物的相互作用(food-drug interaction,FDI)可分为药动性和药效性,最常见的FDI是食物改变药物吸收所致.虽然影响药物分布、消除或排出的FDI并不多见,但在临床上有重要意义.本文整理现有资料,系统地阐述了几类药物与食物发生相互作用及研究进展.
