基于 GPU 的二维矢量场 LIC 算法研究

         

摘要

面向海洋环境中矢量场数据可视化的应用需求,提出基于GPU的线积分卷积(Line Intergral Convolution)改进算法,实现数据插值和流线跟踪计算的优化。针对离散场数据,提出利用反距离加权算法来替代GPU默认线性插值方法,保证数据相关性;将数据场分块处理,考察雷诺数来实现混合式流线跟踪计算;依据前后采样点矢量方向夹角动态改变积分步长。结果表明,上述算法生成纹理图像清晰,实时绘制性好,具有一定通用性。%It presents a GPU-based Line Integral Convolution algorithm for the vector field visualization in marine ,w hich makes efforts on data interpolation and streamline tracking .Firstly ,inverse distance weighted algorithm is proposed to replace the default linear interpolation in GPU for discrete field data to ensure data correlation ;secondly ,processing data into block to achieve the hybrid streamline tracking by its Reynolds ;thirdly ,according to the angle between the relative directions of the sampling points to dynamically change the integration step .The results show that the proposed algorithm generates a clear texture and receives a real-time level .Also ,the improved alogrithm has a certain universatility .
