化学镀非晶态镍磷合金在印刷机胶辊上的应用

         

摘要

以化学镀非晶态镍磷合金工艺取代电镀硬铬应用于印刷机胶辊的表面硬化,介绍了化学镀镍磷合金工艺过程,配方及工艺条件为:NiSO4·7H2O 35g/L,次磷酸钠25g/L,乙酸钠30g/L,柠檬酸钠5~7g/L,添加剂2.5g/L,温度88 ~ 92℃,pH 4.5~5.0.讨论了工艺要点和工艺维护方法,指出了存在的问题.近2年的应用实践证明,将化学镀非晶态镍磷合金工艺应用于印刷机胶辊中,所得镀层合格率在95%以上.%As an alternative to hard chromium plating, the electroless amorphous Ni-P alloy plating process can be applied to surface hardening of printing machine roller. The technological process of the electroless plating was introduced, and the bath composition and process conditions are as follows: NiSO4·7H2O 35 g/L, NaH2PO2·H2O 25 g/L, CH3COONa 30 g/L, C6H5O7Na3 5-7 g/L, additive 2.5 g/L, temperature 88-92 ℃, and pH 4.5-5.0. The key control points and maintenance method of the process were discussed and some existing problems pointed out. The application practice in about two years proved that the qualification rate of the obtained deposits is more than 95%.
