空气预热器的漏风因素及密封改造

         

摘要

回转式空气预热器在不同负荷下转于膨胀量存在偏差,由此造成空预器直接漏风,为更好解决此问题,提出通过在原有径向密封和旁路密封基础上加装金属软密封刷来减少空气预热器动静之间密封间隙的办法,达到降低空预器漏风率的目的.某电厂的两台空预器进行了相关密封刷漏风控制技术的实践和探索.改造后空预器漏风率经过测试,各项经济技术指标有很大提高.该项空预器软密封技术在设计、制作、安装等方面积累了一定的经验为同类型锅炉节能改造提供借鉴.%Rotary air preheater were used widely in large and medium thermal power plants. The deviation of rotor swell amount of rotary air preheater on different load caused the air leakage. To solve the problem, the metal soft seal brush was installed on the basis of original radial seal and bypass seal to reduce the space between the moving and stationary parts In air preheater and to reduce the air leakage rate. The application of the retrofit was carried out for two air preheaters in a power plant. After the retrofit, the test of air leakage in the air preheater shows that a great improvement in air preheater technical performance was gained, and can provide reference for saving energy technology retrofit of design, manufacture and installation in the soft seal technology in the air preheater.
