大功率永磁无刷直流电机结构设计

         

摘要

大功率无刷直流电机(BLDCM)的结构设计关系到电机装配性能的好坏,合理的端盖结构设计可以避免装配时永磁体将转子吸上铁心,从而使电机转子入机座的工序更简单.阐述了前、后轴承单独卸装的结构、甩水环的工作原理、储油室的设计和注油孔的位置,以及电机轴电流的预防方法,提供一些设计时经常应用的数据,改善电机轴承润滑效果,降低电机轴承更换难度,从而提高电机轴承使用寿命.%Structure design of high-power brushless DC motor related to the motor assembly performance, reasonable cover structural design, to avoid permanent magnet assembly suction on the rotor iron core, so that rotor into the base of the process easier.
