The scope of the main electromagnetic data of 60 Hz air-cooled generator, the main size and structure of the generator stator, stator coil insulation thickness and the anti corona structure, main dimensions and material of rotor were designed. Use the elliptic bearing, main structure of exciter and increasing temperature meter, exciter rectifier bridge is a double branch. Compared with the 50 Hz generator performance comparison,design value, test values standard performance after type test, product was excellent.%确定了60 Hz空冷发电机主要电磁数据的范围，定子的主要尺寸及结构。定子线圈的绝缘厚度及防晕结构，转子的主要尺寸及材料，轴承采用椭圆轴瓦，励磁机主要结构及增加测温表，励磁机整流桥为双支路。与50 Hz相同容量发电机性能对比，型式试验后设计值、试验值与国标性能进行对比，产品性能优良。
