掘进机电机机座水路设计及改进

         

摘要

掘进机电机对设计、加工工艺及质量要求高,以YBUD掘进机用隔爆型双速三相电动机为研究对象,对掘进机的水路进行优化,并对水路的压力和散热性进行理论计算。计算结果验证了新方案的可行性。%The manufacturing design, process and quality control of an excavating machine motor have hard requirements. Based on the YBUD motor, the machine's water-cooling way was improved. In order to confirm the feasibility of the new scheme,the pressure and heat dissipation were calculated. The results show that the new scheme is feasible.
