PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial water channel type water-wheel generator, and an artificial water channel and a water-wheel for an undershot water-wheel generator, wherein an undershot water-wheel provided in an artificial water channel type to a conventional natural gradient channel, and connected to a generator, is integrated as a whole, and an artificial optional gradient, not a natural gradient, is provided for power generation.SOLUTION: (A) An artificial water channel 1 is provided, and through combination of it with a bridge, a tower, a supporting member 12 or the like, the optional gradient, not the natural gradient, is provided. (B) An opening 17, a fulcrum point 19, and a bearing are provided in a ceiling part of the artificial water channel 1, and through them the undershot water-wheel 2 connected to the generator 3 is provided to be integrated as a whole. The artificial water channel type water-wheel generator constituted of (A) and (B), is arranged in the various kinds of natural conditions so that the undershot water-wheel 2 is used in the various kinds of ideas, and thereby the environment-friendly method and facilities are provided.
