汽车起动电机测试过程要求精度高、速度快,目前使用的PID调节效果差,其调节速度和超调量指标难以同时达到。采用自抗扰控制策略,利用扩张状态观测器估计出系统扰动量并给予实时补偿,通过抑制扰动而实现自抗扰控制,成功实现了电流和转速的双环解耦控制。采用工控机为核心搭建测试系统试验平台。验证结果表明,自抗扰控制起动机测试系统能同时保证快速和超调两个量的高品质,具有广泛的应用前景。%The process of starter performance test requires high precision and fast speed, but the effect of PID controller is poor. Both of regulating speed and overshoot are difficult to achieve. In this paper, current and speed decoupling control was realized by applying active disturbance rejection control ( ADRC ) , which used the extended state observer( ESO) to observe and compensate the action of the entire uncertain disturbance. The test bench was built with IPC and data acquisition card. Experiments results showed that the testing system with ADRC had better performances than the past, which had a broad prospect of application.
