矿用电动机试验用变频静止电源关键参数∗

         

摘要

变频静止电源广泛应用于矿用交流电动机型式试验系统,其输出电能品质是评价试验系统性能的重要指标。输出电压和频率偏离额定时谐波增大、电压下限偏高、电压不对称等都会造成试验数据误差的增大。在定性综述变频静止试验电源输出的谐波、电压和频率对电动机型式试验影响的基础上,根据试验标准要求,分析矿用低压电动机型式试验电源实例,依此提出考核矿用高压电动机型式试验电源的重要指标。%The variable frequency quiescent power supply was widely used in the type test system of mine alternating current motor and its quality was an important index to evaluate the test system. The increased harmonic when the voltage or frequency deviates from the rating, high voltage minimum and asymmetric voltage would cause the increase of error of test data. The influences of harmonic, voltage and frequency to motor type test result were qualitatively summarized. According to test standards, the power quality of mine low-voltage motor type test as an example was analyzed. The assessment indexes of variable frequency quiescent power supply for mine high-voltage motor type test was presented.
