高温高压高湿环境用电动机结构设计

         

摘要

为了研制一种耐高温(220℃)、耐水蒸气压2 MPa工况条件4 h后,能安全可靠运行的特种电动机,引用特殊轴贯通密封技术、配合面密封技术、接线盒密封技术和绕组绝缘密封技术,并选用耐高温轴承。通过整机适应性试验及高温、高压、高湿环境试验,验证了整机结构设计的可行性及可靠性。%In order to develop a kind of special motor which could be safe and reliable operation after high temperature(220℃)、water vapor pressure 2 MPa conditions 4 hour,the structure design was introduced to the high temperature and sealing technology which were shaft sealing technology, processing surface sealing technology, junction box sealing technology, winding sealing technology and high temperature bearing. Finally, experiments of Complete machine adaptability test and high temperature, high pressure environment and high humidity test were conducted to verify. It verified the feasibility and reliability of the whole structure design.
