乡土历史教材的编写与再修订建议--以《成都历史》的编写和修订为例

         

摘要

According to the principle of close combining practice and theory closely ,taking compilation and revision of the five versions of“Chengdu history” as an example ,this paper discusses the principles of compiling the textbook of local history ,the selection of content and the way of presentation in detail so as to reflect the general process of the evolution of Chinese local history textbooks from one aspect since the re-form and opening up in China .Comply with the spirit of The 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China concerning the comprehensive deepening education reform as well as the Ministry of Education’s new requirements of attaching importance to the core competence of disci-pline ,suggestions on improvement of local history textbook compilation are put forward :implementing the core quality objectives of the discipline of history;adhering to the guidance of historical materialism in development ;paying attention to the modern and contemporary local history ;inte-grating local consciousness and opening consciousness into the teaching material of local history ;local history textbooks should be“learning ma-terials”;expanding the scope of the use of local history textbooks and playing the role of academic leaders .%按照实践与理论紧密结合的原则,以五个版本的《成都历史》的编写和修订为例,从一个侧面反映改革开放以来中国乡土历史教材演进的大体过程,深入探讨乡土历史教材的编写原则、内容选取和呈现方式等问题。遵照中共“十八大”关于全面深化教育综合改革的精神,依据教育部关于重视学科核心素养的新要求,对改进乡土历史教材编写提出建议:落实历史学科核心素养目标;坚持发展着的唯物史观的指导;重视现当代乡土史;融乡土意识与开放意识于乡土历史教材之中;乡土历史教材应成为“学材”;扩大乡土历史教材使用范围的可能性;发挥学科带头人的作用。
